More Arab States Looking to Normalize Relations With Israel

The Trump administration has brokered a historic peace agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates called the Abraham Accords. The US is said to be pushing for the accord to be signed before Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year holiday, which begins on September 18. It’s also been reported by Israeli sources that Bahrain will be the next Gulf Arab state to normalize relations with the Jewish state.

The Arab world is beginning to wake up to the fact that they have more to lose keeping the Palestinians happy than making peace with Israel. For the UAE, Bahrain, and even Saudi Arabia, Israel is no longer their main foe… Iran is. Iran’s aggression in the Middle East has unified the Jewish and Sunni Muslim countries against the leading state sponsor of terrorism in the world. Let’s pray these new relationships bring some calm in a region fraught with unrest.
