  1. My Sunday Bible Study group will be discussing John 8 tomorrow, and this is very helpful information to pass along to the others. Thank you for your ministry work. Praying for growth of your ministry. In Christ’s Love, your sister in Christ, Angie

  2. Thank you for the inlightning understsnding of the feast of tabernacle, a spiritual eye opener. The Holy Spirit is revealing truth to the church of God to those who are looking for His coming.

  3. This article is “award-winning”! Thanks Peter for writing it! What a mighty God we serve!
Have you seen any research on the height of the “candelabras”? One author reported them to be a whopping 75 feet tall!
Two articles I read, considered the fuel source for the light to come from wood and other combustibles placed on very large “Bowls” on top of each arm branch of the candelabras. Though, if they burned all night, it would require continuous tending. What’s your thinking on that?

    1. The large bowls atop 75 foot tall towers were filled with 6 gallons of olive oil which would have burned all night . This was performed by the younger priests.

  4. Have been a Christian for thirty one years and just began to observe the Sabbath and eat only clean foods. Just beginning to learn about and look forward to celebrating the feasts and sabbaths. Thank you for your blessed lesson.

    1. Remember, as a born-again Christian, you are not required to keep the feasts or the kosher diet. Read Galatians again, and also Colossians 2:11- 23. I think it’s good to know about them and to be aware of them, maybe even to observe them to the degree that you can and want, but you are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus. Amen

      1. THE LORD NEVER DID AWAY WITH THE 10 COMMANDMENTS, THE 7 FEASTS OF THE LORD, OR THE KOSHER LAWS! THAT`S WHY SO MANY PEOPLE TODAY ARE SO SICKLY, THEY DON`T DO WHAT THE LORD TOLD THEM TO DO! ” I AM THE LORD, I DO NOT CHANGE!!!”

  5. I am in a daily Lent devotional. On this day the writer was referring to the Feast of Tabernacle and the water and light celebration and the cry of Jesus that he is living water and the light of the world. I have read this numerous times and was never aware the connection. This is awesome, thank you. BS

    1. 1Kings 1:38-39 shows the True Location of the Temple as downhill at Gihon near the Spring which was needed to fill the Molten Sea in Solomon’s Temple.
