Thank you for a beautiful exegesis on the life of Job. Many Christians do not know Christ because they do not fellowship with him through suffering.
This article contains the most appropriate and accurate theology that I have heard in a long time. When my firstborn daughter went home to be with Jesus in August 2019, Christians said that it was the consequences of my sin. Not only nitpicking but also malice was hurled at me. Many gloated, some smirked. No friends provided comfort. Lies were told and the exclusions hurt.
But God is different from man. Two months ago, He showed me his plans for which I praise him:
“…In that day, saith the Lord, will I assemble her that halteth, and I will gather her that is driven out, and her that I have afflicted; And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation: and the Lord shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever. And thou, O tower of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem…”
The LORD is good.
