Charles C. Ryrie (1925-2016) served as professor of systematic theology and dean of doctoral studies at Dallas Theological Seminary and as president of Philadelphia Biblical University (Cairn University). He is a well-known theologian and writer and is the editor of the popular Ryrie Study Bible.
