Jesus Is Better Than the Old Testament High Priest and Sacrificial System

To understand the Book of Hebrews, we must have some understanding of the Levitical system—its orders, law, administration, and sacrifices. This article considers only two areas of that Levitical system, the high priest and the sacrificial system. It shows that although they were instituted by God and were good, Jesus is superior to both. Jesus is superior to the Old Testament High Priest

The God on the Seat of Mercy, inside the throne room of Grace is the central focus of the work of the High Priest; for it is unto Him that the High Priest is subject to, in his intercession and ministry, even as the following scriptures attest to, unambiguously: Hebrews 3:1-2; 7:20-25; 8:1-3. We also see the Glorified Jesus the Christ, (Yeshua ha Mashiach); leading the congregation of his restored to glory and sanctified brethren, in Hebrews 2:10-12 and Revelation 15:2-4 to sing hymns of praises and worship to God… So, let us, who genuinely love Jesus and the God to whom is a Priest forever, according to the irrevocable Oath in Psalm 110:1-4; fulfilled in Hebrews 7:20-25, follow Jesus to worship the One True God seated on the Throne of Thrones in heaven! Also read Revelation 4:1-2 and 5:1-10, to see how Jesus, the Slain Lamb stands before the Supreme One True God seated on the Throne, and how we have been made Priests and Kings also to God, as Joint Heirs with Christ, to reign on the earth!🌎

this is a great historical when i read the book of hebrew always i so blessed thanks so much for this over view. jesus he paid my dept.
