After reading your article, Dan, my thoughts are in sync with those articulated so well by Randy Ford. In our hectic, fast-pace world, with so many high tech devices at our fingertips, it’s so easy to fall into a trap of scanning through a thought-provoking article like yours, only to spend hours on social media.
Then we get up and run to the next item on our “To-Do-List” for the day. It’s a real challenge for working parents with younger children, of course. I remember those days very well. But now that I’m retired, I have no excuse not to take time out for reading and meditating on His Word.
