Going, going, gone? Learn why what’s being done to Israel today contradicts everything earlier Christian Zionists believed.
Works cannot carry you to heaven. But that doesn’t mean they count for nothing when you get there.
The Tribulation will be a terrible time on Earth, but not everyone who survives it will be blessed by what comes afterward.
Not all judgments occur in the end-times. In fact, you may be in the midst of one right now!
If you think “Judgment Day” is just a joke, you don’t know much about the Great White Throne.
Rewards aside, a life lived in gratitude and servitude should be our reciprocation to the Savior’s love and sacrifice for us. It is the least we can and should do, if we acknowledge Jesus as the Lord of our lives:
Luke 17:10
So likewise after you have done that which are commanded of you, say, “We are unworthy servants, we have done that which was our duty to do.”
Of course, our God is generous beyond imagination and takes delight in rewarding those who choose to honor and serve Him wholeheartedly. We can always take comfort in knowing we have a good Master who regards us as His friends.
What a balanced and SCRIPTURAL study, Doug. Multitudes of sincere, yet misinformed Christians are forfeiting precious opportunity to use the gifting and the calling the Holy Spirit has equipped them to become Jesus’ servants. This is a false humility at best, and at worst, a derelict contrivance by the enemy of our souls to weaken and diminish the Body of Christ.
One more thought occurs to me, Doug………..just as earthly ‘mortal’parents delight in bestowing gifts upon their children at Christmas, birthdays, etc., why should we limit our loving savior/creator the JOY of blessing and rewarding his faithful sons and daughters????? duhhh !
