The hour speaks eloquently for itself: Time is running out. Our fragile planet, with its recurrent environmental crises and diminishing ability to supply the demands of a soaring population, is reeling toward a time when it will be beyond physical redemption. But people who walk with God can reckon with perishing planets, for we understand that this present world is expendable. It’s the five billion nonexpendable souls who matter most because each one will spend eternity in Heaven or Hell, and time is running out on them. Therefore, a dominant thought for the decade is this: For those of us who know what to tell them, time is running out too!
