So as you walked through that trial, I was fortunate enough to meet and get to know you. I did not see a victim, I saw a victor. I didn’t hear a tale of woe, I heard a tale of victory and I got to ride my exercise bike next to a man who was pumping hard – to “buffet his body” because he was working to go after his next challenges.
Even in our Physical Therapy class, with a dozen others with damaged hearts, you stood out as a man who knew that God had intervened and He was not done with you yet!
